AI-trained Smart Send optimizes delivery timing per contact. Instead of blasting your entire list at once, each email delivers at the time that contact is most likely to open, based on their engagement history. Campaign scheduling lets you set the send date and time. Resend-to-unopens automatically re-sends your campaign to contacts who didn't open within a configurable 3-10 day window.

Template Merge & Personalization
Merge fields pull live data into every email. Contact fields include name, address, and birthday. Reservation fields include arrival date, unit name, and confirmation code. Revenue Attribution
Connect every campaign to booking revenue. The email campaign revenue report links reservations back to campaigns through soft association, showing reservation number, campaign, arrival/departure dates, open and click rates, and attributed revenue. The campaign overview report aggregates total value, room revenue, extra revenue, taxes, and nights per campaign with grouping by month, week, or day of week.
