Nicolas Wegener

Founder & CEO

Nicolas founded AdBase, Inc. as AdBase.ai in 2018 and rebranded it to SendSquared in 2020. He brings more than two decades of technology industry experience as an entrepreneur.

Before SendSquared, he engineered, designed, and built international, multi-lingual psychometric software, CRM, and ERP solutions for Fortune companies including Korn/Ferry International, Bridgewater, CHS, Disney, Hanes, and China International Intellectech Corporation (CIIC). Much of that work served the industrial-organizational psychology field (SIOP). He later served as COO and board member at LeMond Companies, co-founded with Tour de France champion Greg LeMond, where he negotiated both of the company's carbon fiber technology licenses: Oak Ridge National Laboratory's low-cost carbon fiber process in 2016, and a $44 million, 20-year exclusive global agreement with Deakin University in 2017.

Nicolas has traveled to more than 40 countries, bringing a global perspective to hospitality technology. His founding vision centered on making every guest feel welcomed by name.
